These GCS aim to define the terms of sale between the company Namu Skin, represented by ABCL, whose registered office is located at 58 rue de Monceau 75 008 PARIS - Cedex 08 - CS 48756, 75017 Paris, and any person purchasing a product via the website namu-skin.com.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the nicemarche.com website. The company strives to ensure their conformity and accuracy but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.

3. Order
Orders are made exclusively via the nicemarche.com website. Validation of the order implies full acceptance of these GCS and validation of the payment by the Customer.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are indicated in euros (€) or in your own country currency. Including VAT for French and European orders (VAT number FR96 991 392 408)

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Cards, Shop Pay.
Payment must be made at the time of the order.

5. Shipping Policy

Products are shipped directly by our partner factory in China. As such, customs duties and any applicable import taxes will be borne by the buyer and may be required by the relevant customs authorities.

All orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email and payment clearance. You will receive a new notification once your order has been shipped.

Metropolitan France and Europe
After processing your order, the delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

US & International (outside Europe)
For US & international shipments, the delivery time after order processing is 5 to 18 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods (sales, holidays) or due to exceptional circumstances.


6. Delivery
Delivery occurs according to the chosen method, via courier or postal service. Namu Skin is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

7. Return and Refund Policy
Cooling-off period: You have a period of 30 days from receipt to request a return.
Return conditions: The item must be in the same condition as received, unused/not worn, with tags and original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process: Contact hello@namu-skin.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Damages or issues: 

  • Inspect your order upon reception.

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days with a video of the damage at hello@namu-skin.com.

  • Once evaluated, we will proceed with either a refund or a reshipment of the product.
    Exchanges:
    We do not process exchanges; only refunds or reshipments are available.
    Refunds:
    After receipt and inspection, we will inform you whether the return is accepted.
    Refunds will be made within 10 working days via the same payment method.

8. Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
In accordance with European legislation, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason from the date of receipt. Contact hello@namu-skin.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including images, texts, logos, etc., is the exclusive property of Namu Skin or its partners. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
